He is a brilliant soccer player and he is the fastest runner in his grade. He is bilingual in English and Japanese and he loves writing and reading. I very much enjoy spending time with him. I am very excited to see you all at Little Steps!! みなさんこんにちは！私は、2008年までカナダにすんでいました。ようじきょういくしゃ、子どもたちの先生になるべんきょうをしました。日本に帰ってからはだいがくいんで「学校が好きになる教育」というろんぶんを書きました。子どもたちが楽しく学べる方法を　けんきゅうすることが　せんもんです。人生の半分をカナダですごした私の息子は、英語と日本語を話すバイリンガルです。読み書きが大すきで、絵が上手なのでよく面白い本をつくってくれます。サッカーチームのせんしゅで、足の速さではだれにも負けません。リトルステップスで、みんなと会えるのを　楽しみにしています!!

Teacher Message to students

Hello everybody,

My name is Sulamith Bade, but please call me Sula. It’s easier.

I am a new teacher at Little Steps from Germany. Born in Switzerland, I started learning English and French at the age of 6 at the Rudolf-Steiner-School in Munich, Germany. After graduating from High school, I moved to study Acting and Performing Arts at the University of Arts in Berlin, where I graduated in 2008.

Once graduated, I spent 2 years in Dresden where I was offered a position at The Theatre of Young Generation. There, I worked for the entertainment of children and youths.

Last year I came over to Japan to practice Aikido and recently I’ve received a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service to research Japanese Theatre.

My goal is to work with children, benefit from their creativity and curiosity with the hope that I can share my passion for drama and language to them.
